Single parents need more than charity, which only keeps them alive so they can go on struggling. They must have, for their children sake, prosperity and financial independence. Yet for those who have the courage, to look and think for themselves, the same advances in technology are creating millions of new business opportunities, many of them are ideal for single parents.
Recognizing that banding together, and sharing resources and knowledge, would make success easier and more fun, the student owned GEDS school was formed. GEDS can provide scholarships, training, venture capital, and marketing support, that enables a single parent, with no money, to start and build their own successful business.
Note: we are not a charity there are no freebies. We do have a good work study program and one of our graduates has started a temp employment agency. So single parents with no money are welcome, but they must quickly get a part time job, to pay their dormitory and food expenses, while they are starting and build their own businesses.
Cation: GEDS roasts and spits out couch potatoes, gamers, facebook addicts, druggies, poor me’s, and drama queens. On the other hand for the world’s doers, GEDS helps create success in a fun, exciting, and exhilarating environment.
